Mental Health Practitioner (Adult Services) £22,015 full time salary (various pt and ft roles available)

You will work across a range of projects within Redcar & Cleveland, as well as our expanding Employee Assistance Programme.  Job description and person specification.

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Adult Services) £24,907 full time

Our PWP is part of our core team, working alongside our MHPs to deliver clinical, low intensity interventions for adults with a need for structured therapy. You will have far greater flexibility than working within a traditional IAPT service, so this role will give you the opportunity to use your skills in a different way, working as part of a team.  Job description and person specification.

Our Children & Young People’s Service has been running since 2019, so is relatively new. Thanks to Children in Need funding we are looking to expand and recruit the following key staff. Both posts are initially funded for 15 months but could be extended subject to further funding.

Children & Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner£11,742 20hrs pw

Experienced in working with children and young people, you will have a comprehensive knowledge of the difficulties and challenges they face, and the skills to help them navigate their way through these uncertain times. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are particularly keen to hear from you if you have experience of delivering virtual interventions to individuals and groups.  Job description and person specification.

Children & Young People’s Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner – £13,281 20hrs pw

We are seeing increasingly more young people with complex needs who would benefit from a more structured approach. We are looking for an IAPT qualified practitioner to join our growing team to provide evidence based low intensity CBT interventions. We’re looking for someone who can work flexibly and imaginatively with young people within Redcar & Cleveland Mind, bringing your clinical expertise to a non traditional setting.  Job description and person specification.

All of the above posts require some evening working, and occasional weekend work.
