Ideas for Staying Healthy, Mind and Body
Healthy thinking:
- Try to focus on the here and now and don’t overthink difficult situations
- Set aside a dedicated ‘worry time’ to reduce the amount you worry

Goals:
- If you have a musical instrument – learn to play it or something new
- Plan long term goals and how you will work towards them
- Learn a new skill
- Learn to cook
- Teach children or family life skills – changing the oil on the car, decorate, sewing
- Try to achieve at least one small thing every day
- All of those things you always say, ‘If i had time’ – do them!
Just because we are ‘self isolating’ does not mean you have to be isolated!
