Our support service offers person centred recovery based interventions, focusing on self reliance and self management for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues. We offer 1:1 recovery solution focused interventions, group engagement, information and signposting to more suitable organisations where appropriate.
We provide a safe environment for individuals to talk about what’s on their mind; working with the client to lessen isolation and increase social interaction by providing a network of support and practical strategies for self-help. Working at a pace that best suits the client, we are able to adapt our approach as the client progresses on their journey through our recovery pathway.

As an organisation we’ve had some difficult challenges to overcome and that same team support and encouragement has helped us overcome these. We are very fortunate to have such an amazing team of workers and volunteers.
Peer Support Groups: Within our service, we also offer peer support groups over a 6 week period. Each session consists of 1 hour group discussion and peer support and 1 hour of a guest speaker. Some of the workshops we offer include:
